Lesson Policies
Welcome to Mattis Music Academy! To ensure the best experience for all students and to keep lessons running smoothly, please review the following policies:
1. Payment
Payment must be received before each lesson in order to confirm your spot.
Payments can be made through [list your payment method: Zelle, CashApp, Stripe, etc.].
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
If notice is given more than 24 hours before, the lesson will simply be rescheduled to another available time.
3. Attendance
Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time. Please be on time to get the full value of your session.
If a student is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
4. Communication
All scheduling, cancellations, and questions should be directed to me via [preferred contact method: email, phone, or text].
Parents are encouraged to communicate directly with me regarding their child’s progress and scheduling needs.
5. Preparedness
Students should come to lessons ready with any assigned music, books, or practice completed.
A quiet, distraction-free space is recommended for online lessons to maximize focus.
6. Commitment to Growth
Consistency is key! Regular attendance and practice outside of lessons are expected for steady progress.
My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging space where students can grow musically and confidently.
